Had my warrior since the game came out and it got banned for the name britches and hose

I also reported someone for spam whispering me the n word and it seems a lot of people here admit they used racial slurs like the n word... KKK much?

A 72x2 hour ban for 2 offencive names on main account. But come on, i can understand why "I Swallow For Ectos" is offensive but I "Swallow Ectos" is totally different! I want my name back NAO.

And one perma ban on my 2nd account/mule account. I just tried to log in one day after 3 years to get the yearly presents/mini pets and place some stuff from my main account.. Well it was resolved by sending a ticket, on which Anet answered back basically saying that they had no clue why it was banned.. Go figure..

I like my names, and hope they're not offensive in some language I don't know. I'd HATE that. I spent a lot of time making up my names, and intend to keep them. The sudden offensiveness-policy-change got my quite annoyed, because you never know what your name might mean in some obscure language/dialect. Heck, one of my best friends's name is Dick.
Been banned on Guru twice, for double WTS posts I think... Guess I'm forgetfull... But I try not to be offensive. Always better to stay friendly to abusive people and report them instead when they rage on you.

3 years of playing....well somewhere between 3 and 4....no bans, that I can recall anyway.

My fiance and I have a tendency to b*tch stupid people (and whiners) out, and tend to start arguments, just to watch everyone else jump in and get a good laugh....but never been reported for it. Apparently other people felt it was all in good fun too (and have a decent sense of humor).

We've intentionally played with the inappropriate name stuff, seeing just how far we could push it....no luck, still not banned lol. My fiance has a sin 'disallowed name' just to poke fun at Anet though.

Yes, 72 hours for name, was reported for Badass Motha Trucka, so deserved I guess although I don't think its offensive, but in the end it was a win b/c i got to rename my main Azz Kickin Assassin to American Gankster for FREE!
